Peek for Mollie - really late sorry!

Dear Mollie,
I ran out of your fabric because apparently I have no concept of how much fabric is needed to make little squares! I have done my very best to make it up to you and I really hope you will forgive me! Canada Post is on strike so I will post this as soon as it is over.
Here is your sneak peek:

Postal Strike in Canada

Hi all my Bee Block Friends!
There is a postal strike in Canada so if you have not sent your block to me - please hang onto it for another week or so. Canada Post does not have a very good track record of getting mail to the correct address on a non strike day. I fear my blocks will be lost and gone forever now that nothing is getting delivered.

If you have sent your block, please say a little prayer that it gets here. ha ha I'm sure it will, eventually =)
Cheers,
Carolyn

A Peek for Carolyn

I made Carolyn's Bee Block this morning.  Still need to do the embroidery on it, but here is a peek.  I totally in love with this block and am going to find it traumatic to send it away!  Carolyn's fabrics are so bright and pretty, she is going to have a really amazing quilt!

Block for Mollie

I finally got my block for Mollie done and in the mail. Sorry for being a few days late but going to Quilt Market got me behind for the month. I am caught up now.

To Jorie and Kate - Group B

Your blocks are on their way! I hope you like them. I didn't square them up; I usually leave that for the person receiving the block so they can square all their blocks up to the same exact size. Also, sorry for the delay - lots of travel taking me away from home this month.

Sneak peek for Kate (I accidentally wrote Katie on the envelope - hope that isn't one of your pet peeves):

Sneak peek for Jorie:

Thanks for letting me play with your beautiful fabrics!

First blocks received!

I checked the mail yesterday after the long weekend, and I had THREE blocks in the mailbox! What a rush of excitement! Here are the three of them together:
I love that Jadie (top right) and Toni (bottom) thought along the same lines with theirs, and Linda's (top left) is so neat next to them in contrast! I can't wait to see the rest of the blocks and see how well they all fit together! Thanks so much everyone :)

It has come to my attention that I may not have sent enough fabric for some of you to make the blocks you wanted to... If that is the case, I do not at all mind sending more fabric! This was my first bee, so I tried to base how much I sent off of how much I had received in other months and how much I used to make my 12" blocks but I guess I was still a bit short! I'm sorry!
