Charlene's Block is on it's way . . .

Hi Charlene, what a great and interesting block you sent us this month!  I really want to see how these all go together!

I had to piece the center square, because there was no 6 1/2" square in my kit, but I think it turned out nicely.  It was mailed yesterday, so you will have it back shortly!

Group B- OOPS

The September packets were mailed on time but I was so excited to get them done and mailed that I forgot to include the center piece. It is now on the way. So Sorry.

Group A~September Shannon's Month

Hello ladies. By now you all know my life has been crazy. I have all of the fabric ready and I will soon have all of the packages ready. Because of the wedding and such the Postage Budget is empty, LOL! I will be mailing off everybodies envelopes on September 3rd. Here is proof that I have been working on them.

TTFN

From Shannon to Colleen

I have your block made. Can I say that I love this fabric!! Thank you for letting me play with some of it. Here is a sneak peek to get you interested in it. I will tell you that if you do not like it I will be glad to make you a not so busy block for you out of my own fabric. I did not know how busy it was going to be until after I made it. Just let me know. I will let you know as soon as I drop it in the mail.

I have had this done for a couple of weeks now, and will eventually (before the end of the month, for sure!) get it back in the mail to you, Colleen.  Here's a sneak peek for now.

One more block for Carolyn

I recieved another block yesterday, this one is fom Colleen. I believe there is just one left - Ms Mollie from Illinois, can you let me know what date you popped my block in the mail? If it was during the strike - it may be lost in the post. It could still turn up, I just would have a better idea if I need to make an extra for it or to keep waiting.
Thank you for all the fabulous blocks =)
Here is the one from Colleen:
I stitched your first name and state in burgandy red thread - the block is just wonderful, thank you!
Cheers,
Carolyn

Two blocks received

I opened some of my mail yesterday held during my vacation.  Among the messed up bills(why always when you go away?) I found these two lovely blocks!

**update:  Oops!  I didn't see when I took the pictures that mine and the addresses of those who sent were able to be seen on the envelopes.  I have since edited the photos and removed the old ones.  Please go here to see the redited pictures.

Group A August

I'm back from the lovely humidless Canada to the hot and ridiculously humid NC.  If you have any questions or have been waiting to send your blocks  I am home.  The internet was non existent so I spent two weeks without.  It wasn't half bad.  I wanted to stay.  Here is a pic of where I was.

A Sneak Peak for Jadie...

Jadie...this was a quick and easy block and one
I really enjoyed making...
I loved your choice and so did my hubby...
Hope you like it...
Here is your sneak peak and it will
go out Monday with all the others!
I am sorry it is a little late...   :(

Hugs,
Lana

For Kate...

Kate, Here are my blocks...
they are on their way to you on Monday...

This was NOT an easy block for me
for some reason...
so, after the first BOMB/FAIL
I made another one...
it was a little better.
I hope you can use at least one of them...

One More For July

Here's another I received from Ann.
Thanks,

Another Group B Block Received

Melissa writes that with the saying she received, "Is a Nine-Patch part of a twelve step program?" she couldn't help but make a 9-patch in a Courthouse Steps block.

I like the way you think, Melissa, and I love the block. Thanks for throwing some of your own fabrics in there, too, to add interest!
